About me
I’m Millie, and I’m a Politics and International Relations graduate from the University of Cambridge. This September, I’ll be starting my MSc in European and Global Governance at the University of Bristol. I was born and raised in the UK, and I speak native English as well as conversational Spanish.
I have a real passion for learning, which I like to convey to my students in our lessons. I have extensive experience tutoring in a range of subjects - most notably, English, History and Politics, along with Oxbridge admissions. I have also spent time abroad teaching English as a Foreign Language to students in China, Hong Kong and Spain, as well as providing university admission advice and Oxbridge interview practice to international students. I am a trained personal statement coach for both UCAS applications and the American Common Application.
I’m a naturally bubbly and sociable person, with an interest in both social sciences in the arts. In my free time, I’m an avid reader of both politics-related and fiction books, and I like to keep up with current affairs and the news. I’m also a keen cook and love hosting family and friends for dinner, as well as experimenting with new ingredients and recipes.
