About me
Hi, I’m Natasja, in my final year studying Law at Durham University. I’m excited to be a tutor at Tutor Impact and look forward to holding interactive and valuable sessions. The subjects I studied at A level are German, History, Latin, Maths and EPQ. I was selected a Queen’s Scholar for outstanding academic achievement, receiving various subject awards across the years. I am English and Dutch, and lived in Hannover, Germany for eight years where I attended a German Gymnasium and an International School. I moved back to England in 2014 and sat my GCSEs and A levels in the UK. Having lived abroad in Germany, I am able to communicate empathetically with students from many different places.
I love working with children and students, at school I volunteered weekly at a primary school where I helped with reading and providing feedback, and I taught beginner piano lessons to a group of 5-6 children. At Durham I was a Freshers’ Representative in my second year, welcoming and providing support and entertainment to new students. I also participate in the Durham Inspired Award and Leadership Academy, where I am trained to develop my own graduate soft skills.
I am able to help with delivering the soft skills tutoring, help with German and English language as well as assist with UK university admissions.
