My name is Charlie, and I have just graduated from the University of Cambridge with first-class honours in Human, Social and Political Sciences. I know first-hand how fulfilling and challenging the educational process can be, whether it be preparing for interviews and entrance exams, or specific subjects from 11+ through to undergraduate level. I achieved 11 A*’s at iGCSE and 3 A*’s at A level (Politics, Economics and Geography) from Wellington College. My aim is to share certain techniques from my own experience to break down each subject into manageable, bitesize chunks, with an emphasis on understanding, enjoyment and creativity rather than memorising facts.
My teaching style is very flexible. If you struggle with general study skills, verbal and non verbal reasoning, a particular subject or a specific section of said subject - I am here to help. I like to make these sessions as interactive as possible and will provide a large bank of resources to further aid in your learning. Having a grasp on current affairs and contemporary developments relating to your subject(s) of choice will impress examiners and admissions officers.
