About me

Hi!
I am Nisha and I’m a third-year undergraduate at the University of Edinburgh reading mathematics. I have been tutoring students for the past three years in mathematics and physics from their GCSE’s all the way up until they sit their A-Levels. I also have experience tutoring students for the SQA exam boards, helping them from their Nat 5’s through to their Advance Highers. I love to tutor as maths has always been something I am passionate about always looking for a new challenge in school, through the UKMT but also being invited to masterclasses at the Royal Institution.

Outside of academia, I love cooking meals for my family and friends to destress from my day and love ending the day with reading a new book. My favourite book right now is ‘Lesson’s in Chemistry’ by Bonnie Garmus. For the non-fiction readers out there, I am also fascinated by the environment and our changing geographies so love to read about Tim Marshall’s takes on the matter.

I enjoy studying and learning more about everything around me and I hope to share that passion with you during our lessons.
